Santa Cruz PayCheck is an application whose main purpose is to provide you with the possibility of handling and cashing your securities (checks) through a simple, transparent, fast and secure transaction, avoiding having to physically go to the Banks branches.
The application uses superior encryption and security technology:
Internet Banking credentials are not stored on your mobile device.
Check images are not stored on your mobile device.
You access with the same username and password of our Company Site
The 2048-bit encryption protects your confidential information.
For added security, always remember to log out completely when you finish using the mobile application.
How does the Santa Cruz PayCheck Service work?
It is secure and easy to use.
Log in to your mobile app and follow these simple steps:
Enter your username and password
Select the type of transaction desired (check deposit discount)
Choose the account you wish to transact with.
Enter: the number of documents, the total amount of checks and an optional description field.
Take a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check with your mobile device. To make the photographs useful, follow these guidelines:
Place your check on a flat, dark-colored surface that is well lit.
Place your camera directly over the check (not at an angle).
Set the 4 corners on the camera screen guides of your mobile device.
In case the reading of the check was not satisfactory you should enter the numbers of the check.
When the images are loaded the data of the value to be confirmed is displayed. You must also enter the numbers of the check digits and close the batch to be processed.
