San Juan PayCheck is an application whose main purpose is to provide you with the possibility of handling and cashing your securities (checks) through a simple, transparent, fast and secure transaction, avoiding having to physically go to the Banks Branches. The application uses
superior encryption and security technology:
Internet Banking credentials are not stored on your mobile device.
Check images are not stored on your mobile device.
You access with the same username and password provided by the Bank.
256-byte encryption protects your confidential information.
For added security, always remember to log out completely when you finish using the mobile application.
When will my Mobile Banking deposit be available?
Funds are available according to the following schedule (unless for some reason the transaction could not be completed).
Deposits made before 3 p.m. will be available within 48 hours (all Banks)
Deposits made after 3 p.m. will be available within 72 hours (all Banks)
Deposits made on non-business days will be available within 48 business hours from the date of the deposit.
What should I do with my paper check after making a Mobile Banking transaction?
After processing your check through Mobile Banking, follow these guidelines:
Write on the front and back of your check: Electronically presented for collection.
Securely store your check and within 5 days after digital delivery to the Bank, you must deliver it to the Branch where you usually operate.
If you do not receive the checks processed by the application, your account will be debited for the total amount of the checks sent and not delivered to the Bank.
